Reagent products

1. When ordering the chemical reagent, please confirm the reordering, and the customer will not accept any responsibility for the return demand caused by the error of the customer. Most of the chemical properties of chemicals are more special, and the storage mode is complicated.

2, customer inspection product as soon as you receive the goods in the package, if found any packing specification, quantity, variety, appearance damage, shortage or defects, please will within three working days in the feedback to our customer service department, our staff will deal with the problem in time, including matters such as return and exchange.

3, the validity of the product have clear, in the customer instructions properly kept in accordance with the storage conditions and preservation during the goods under the premise of unopened, before the period of validity, we guarantee the quality of product to give a month.

The product has no definite period of validity, and the customer shall give the warranty period of one week to the quality of the product according to the condition that the goods are kept in good condition and the goods are not opened.

4. For the quality and delivery of goods, if the user fails to make objection within the prescribed time limit, it shall be deemed to be qualified by the user.

5. The goods returned by the following products shall not be accepted:

A. Including but not limited to customised products.

B. Leakage or damage caused by the customer.

C. Products that exceed the validity period, lost or erased labels, components or specifications of products, cooling, frozen, open products.

D. Special products & chromatographic products.

6. When the products are returned to ship, the customer needs to contact our customer service personnel and conduct transportation according to relevant guidance.
