1. Nature of invoice

According to the requirement of the Chinese tax law and tax administration department, we provide a VAT invoice and commercial invoice (average taxpayer can issue special VAT invoice and commercial invoice, not the general taxpayer or personal only can issue commercial invoice), all we issue the invoices are legal and valid.

2. Invoicing

You can choose to not develop tickets, issue ordinary invoices and issue special VAT invoices in my lab.

No invoice: when you choose not to invoice, you do not need to fill in the invoice information;

General invoice: when you select the general invoice, our company will issue an ordinary invoice for you, and you will need to fill in the receipt of the invoice: enter the name of the individual or the name of the enterprise;

(3) special invoices for value-added tax: when you select the VAT invoice, we will issue VAT invoices for you, you need to fill in information of make out an invoice, account name, bank, account number, ein, registered address, telephone, this information must be filled in according to the strict enterprise value-added tax, if because fill in the invoice error, error caused by my company disclaim all responsibility;

3. Invoice contents:

According to the products you purchase, we can choose the two kinds of invoicing methods of commodity and commodity categories.

4. Invoice value:

We open the invoice according to the actual invoice value of your order;

5. Invoice delivery:

Our company will send you by express way according to the receipt and collection address you filled in the order, and you should fill in the relevant information truthfully.

6. Make up and change the invoice

(1) if you did not choose when you submit orders invoice, please after receive the goods within a month, please send email to customer service email address, and indicate your order number, invoice looked up, the content of invoice, the mailing address, zip code and the recipient, we will invoice to you within a week by express way and sent for you.

(2) if you received a wrong invoice information, please in all month of receipt of the invoice, the original invoice will be mailed to the address below, at the same time, please be sure to indicate your order number and the correct invoice looked up, contents, new invoice mailing address, zip code, recipient, after we receive, will be in 1 to 2 days for you to draw up invoices by express mail.

7. Precautions:

When changing the invoice for VAT special invoices, it is important to send the original invoice back to you within the month.
