Change of goods policy

We guarantee that the products on the mall are all from the regular channels, and you are the same with the products you purchase from the shopping mall. All of them enjoy the same quality assurance.

Within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods (subject to the date of receipt), quality problems arise in the normal use of commodities, and customers may choose to exchange new or returned goods.

A before you return the goods, please confirm the following requirements:

1) the commodities should be kept in the original state when the goods are returned;

2) the outer packing, accessories and instruments of the returned goods are in good condition;

3) the color difference of the picture of the product may be caused by the shooting of the light, which is not a quality problem. Please refer to it in kind.

4) the products are not used, damaged or processed;

The following situations are not handled

1) the goods that are not sold by our company;

(2) exceeding the time limit for the above-mentioned repurchase;

3) no prior notice to our customer service center to apply for the return of the goods;

4) quality problems caused by improper use of commodities or human factors;

5) to store and expose goods in an environment that is out of order, resulting in commodity damage;

6) packaging, spare parts, instructions and warranties of the goods, any omission;

The return and replacement process

If you need to deal with, please call the service hotline for 15 days after the goods receipt, turn to human help, or send mail, provide your order number or the related order information (consignee, contact information, etc.) to apply for return service, we will review and reply to you within 24 h.

Goods sent back

Please send the goods to our company at the address in time after application for refund and replacement. When sending back, make sure that the product packaging and accessories are complete, etc.

Commodity inspection

Send back commodity quality check through to deal with return goods standard, otherwise send goods back to customer.

The invoice sent back

For the invoice received, please send the original address to our company.
